Who we are?

Carefully chosen by the owner and head instructor Andrea Schick-Zech, the Pilates Yoga team of instructors is one of the most exqusite in the area. With over 25 years of experience, Pilates Yoga Starnberg is a well-established private studio and offers an effective, detail oriented training experience guided by qualified and insightful staff.

 

"Fall schedule", exclusively for MIS: 

Barre

Monday: 9:30 - 10:30 Barre PILATES

September, the 9th to December the 19th ( no classes during MIS holidays in November )

In this class you will do high reps of a small range of motion movements (ballet inspired), which will include light handheld weights and other small props at the barre. You will also do Pilates exercises on the mat making it the perfect combination for a total body workout.

Your hips, butt, and thighs will be CHALLENGED to your deepest level. Don’t be afraid of the shake!

Chair

Thursday: 14:00 - 15:00 PILATES with props and Chair

 

In this class you will do high reps of a small range of motion movements (ballet inspired), which will include light handheld weights and other small props at the barre but with the Pilates Chair that enhances this workout.You will also do Pilates exercises on the mat making it the perfect combination for a total body workout.

  • We are very flexible for different combinations. Please ask for it!
  • On our regular schedule you find more classes, mostly taught in German.
  • We offer Workshops, Events, small group classes, Personal Training.
  • PERSONAL TRAINING ON REFORMER, CADILLAC, CHAIR & BARREL and YOGA PERSONAL for single, two or three participants, please ask for your training time.
  • If you miss a class, you can join one of the German classes during the week or other English spoken classes. 
  • Studio is very close to MIS, only 5 minutes by car.
  • Payment can be made at the first class.
  • Classes follow the MIS schedule and are in English
