Who we are?
Carefully chosen by the owner and head instructor Andrea Schick-Zech, the Pilates Yoga team of instructors is one of the most exqusite in the area. With over 25 years of experience, Pilates Yoga Starnberg is a well-established private studio and offers an effective, detail oriented training experience guided by qualified and insightful staff.
Monday: 9:30 - 10:30 Barre PILATES
In this class you will do high reps of a small range of motion movements (ballet inspired), which will include light handheld weights and other small props at the barre. You will also do Pilates exercises on the mat making it the perfect combination for a total body workout.
Your hips, butt, and thighs will be CHALLENGED to your deepest level. Don’t be afraid of the shake!
Thursday: 14:00 - 15:00 PILATES
In this class you will do classical Pilates exercises. It will give you a good foundation in breath and alignment. It´s also a great way to build strength and endurance because you are dependant on your own body weight during the exercises.
Use of props such as therabands, rings, small balls, weights, foam rollers etc. will bring fun into the practice!
