I have always stayed active and participated in a variety of sport throughout my life and I was first introduced to Pilates when I was a university student in London. However, it was only after having children and noticing the changes in my body that my interest and passion in functional movement and physical fitness greatly developed. In no time, I decided to quit the desk-bound corporate world to pursue my passion.

Along the path towards becoming a certified instructor, I developed a greater understanding and appreciation of the complexity of human anatomy. In addition, I experienced, first-hand, the positive impact of Pilates physically, emotionally and mentally.

Guided by the mantra "Do what you love and love what you do", I am passionate about sharing my love and knowledge of Pilates with everyone and find great joy and satisfaction when I see my clients gain movement awareness of their own bodies and enhance their quality of life through Pilates.

I am a Pilates Academy International® Certified Instructor in Matwork and Equipment and I am also certified in TRX and Suspension Training. I have been teaching Pilates for the last 5 years in Singapore and my classes are dynamic and challenging. I have engaged with a varied set of clients from pre/post-natal, post-rehab to endurance athletes and supported their journey to restore their sense of well-being and understanding of mind-body connection. I am interested in sport performance, pre/post-natal and posture correction and improvement. Proper technique and form is essential in Pilates exercises and I will ensure you receive a safe and effective workout with maximum benefit.
